Custom Wood Siding, Flooring & Trim

At AA Farms & Sawmill, we mill wood siding, flooring, and trim to standard sizes or fully custom dimensions, so your project gets exactly the fit and finish it needs. From shiplap and tongue and groove flooring to crown molding, board and batten siding, live edge slabs, and custom beams, every piece is cut from locally sourced pine, oak, or poplar.

Shiplap and Tongue & Groove Flooring

Our shiplap and tongue and groove flooring is available up to 8 inches wide, in standard or custom sizing. It works well for both interior floors and accent walls or ceilings. Orders start at a $300 minimum.

Custom Molding & Trim

We mill crown molding (6 in wide), base molding (3 in and 6 in wide), and casing (2.5 in and 3.5 in), with custom lengths and sizing available on request. Trim can be used indoors or outdoors, depending on your project.

Board & Batten and Custom Siding

Whether you’re finishing the exterior of a barn or adding a rustic accent wall inside your home, our board and batten siding is milled to order for interior or exterior use, whichever your project calls for.

Live Edge Slabs & Custom Beams

Looking for a statement piece? Our live edge slabs and custom beams are cut from your choice of species and sized to your project. Lead times on custom beam orders typically run from same-day to two weeks, depending on specifications.

We mill in three primary species, each suited to different needs:

  • Pine – softer, lighter, and the most cost-effective option
  • Oak – our most durable choice, ideal for high-wear applications
  • Poplar – soft, light, and a versatile fit across all product types

Materials, Not Installation

We supply high-quality custom-milled materials only. Our team doesn’t handle installation, so you can pair our lumber with your preferred contractor or DIY project.
